RE-TRIAL OF DIVORCE SUIT
The, jury having ..disagreed when the case was first heard at -Master-ton, a retrial of the suit in which Hannah Longmuir Elliott is suing for divorce from her husband Thomas Kusaell Elliott on tho ground of adultery with Maata Ashcr, was commenced bofoi'o Mr. Justice Beed and a jury of twelve in tho Supremo Court to-day. • . Mr. J. D. Wills-appears for the petitioner, Mr. E. C. Wiron for the respondent, and Mr. W. E. Leicester, with Mr. H. L. Bobinson (Masterton) for tho aorcspondent Maata Asher.
