That a Special Loan of Thirty-three thousand pounds (£33,000), fo be known as ''The Wellington City iSnnitation Loan, 1907 Repayment Loan \'JZ:'," be raised by the Wellington City Council for the purpose of providing funds for redeeming the outstanding balance of a. Loan of Thirty-three-thousand pounds (£33.0001, maturing on the Twenty-eighth Day of February, 1032. 2. That the rate of intfiT.-t on the .-said Loan be not exceeding I'ive pounds (£3) per centum per annum, payable half-yearly on the Twentyoijlith Day of August and the T'wentyciyht Day of February in each year during the currency of the Loan being a period of Tive (5) years from the Twenty-eighth Day of February, 1932. 3. That a sinking lund of Two pounds two shillings (£2 2s) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Loan. 4. That the rate of interest on the said Loan be not exceeding Five pounds (£5) per centum per annum, payable halfyearly on the First Day of September and the First Day of March in each year during the currency of the Loan, being a period of Five (5) years from the First Day of March, 1932. 3. That a sinking fund of Three pounds (£3) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Loan. 4. That the security for the interest, sinking fund, and other charges and repayment of the said Loan be a special rate of One-fifth of a penny (l-sd) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington. That the rate of interest on the said Loan be not exceeding Five pounds (£5) per centum per annum, payable half-yearly on the last day of August and the last day of February in each year during the currency of the Loan, being a period of Five (5) years from the last day of February, 1932. 3. That a sinking fund of Two pounds (£2) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Loan. 4 That the security, for the interest, sinking fund, and other charges, and repayment of the said Loan be a special rate of Thirteen one-hundredths of a penny (13-100 d) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. ■\TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at i-* a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council held on Tuesday, the 20th October, 1931, the following Resolution was passed:—The Wellington City Council doth hereby resolve in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 20 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf to transfer to the Atlantic Union Oil Company, Limited, all that piece of land containing .07 of a perck, being part Section 3, Harbour District, and being part of the lands at Kaiwarra Gorge road vested in the Corporation for the purposes of a eeptic tank in exchange for the transfer to the Corporation by the said Company for the like purposes of an area of 1.46 perches, being other part of the said Section 3 as the said pieces of land, are more pai--ticularly delineated on a plan prepared by J.
