BERHAMPORE SCHOOL

. The Berhampore Home and School Association has decided to form a lawn tennis section. At a meeting held last week there was a large attendance of ladies and gentlemen interested. The president of the association, Mr. A. Cassie, was in the chair. The School Committee advised that the top court was available for the use of the association. A strong committee Was elected, with Miss Chatfield as delegate to the executive, and twenty-five members were enrolled. The tennis section will be open to members of the Home and School Association Despite the bad weather on Saturday last a successful euchre party and dance was held at the school. There was a large attendance. Music was provided by a . combination wireless-gramophone, procured by the association for the. use of the school. :
