. KUGBY, 17th October. The trade correspondent of "The Times" states that reports from the chief industrial centres are more cheerful, witli signs of trade expansion for the future. Many orders for urgent delivery have been received, and most industries, including shipbuilding, are busier than for soinq time past. The outlook generally is considered to be improved.
