Leon Cordon, well-known in Wellington as the .star of "White Cargo," is the author of the pronouncedly successful talking comedy drama. 'Don't Bet on Women," which will be screened for the first time in AVellington at the .Majestic Theatre to-day. J. jr. Kerrigan, the popular Irish comedian of the famous Dublin Ahbey Players, Lna .Merkel, and that fine actor, Henry Kolker, are also prominently cast. An especially selected set of short subjects, well varied, will precede the main feature. The late shoppers' session will commence to-day at 5 o'clock and finish at 7 p.m. Box plans are at the Bristol and also at the theatre.
