TO SING "TANNHAUSER"
The committee of the Hojal Wellington Choial Union has decided upon the following cast for Wngnei's great opeia, "Tannhauser," to be sung in conceit form for the first time in Wellington in the Town Hall on 19th September ne: V.— Elizabeth (sopiauo), Miss Kate Campion (Auckland); Tanuhauser (tenor), Mr. Alfred Walmsley (Uunedin); Walter (tenor), Mr. Edwin Dtnuis; Wolfram (bantone), Mr. Ernest Shoit; Hennch (tenor), Mr. S. Duncan; Hermann (bass), Mr. T. D. Williams (Chi istchmchk Biterolf (baritone), Mr. W. Binet Brown; Reinmar (bass), Mr. W. W. Marshall.
