CITY TRANSPORT
REQUEST - FOR COMMISSION
In view of the falling revenue on trams'aria buses, plus the general dissatisfaction in outlying districts ■at thd inadequate seivice' they receive, the City Council is; to bo asked by the Civic League' to' set np a transport commission to' review the whole subject, and endeavour to placo the_city 's system on a better working basis. ■ .
