TRIBUTE TO ACHIEVEMENT

LONDON, 13th July.
Lord Baden Powell on his arrival at Southampton said that the Australian Sea Scouts wore, the best-he had ever seen. He paid a tribute to- tho fortitude of the New Zealandors in the earthquake and tho noteworthy help the Scouts rendered. .-
