RUMOURED -SETTLEMENT
STIMSON AT ROME
(Received 13th July, 1 p.m:) LONDON, 12th July. The "Daily Tolegraph's" Rome correspondent,says that most important developments in Franco-Italian' relations are predicted as the result of Mr. H. L. Stimson's week-end talks with Signors Mussolini and Grandi. Ono .-year's1 Franco-Italian naval holiday is rumoured as the possible outcome. It is even suggested that all Jfronch and Italian differences will bo wiped out within throe months with: an important effect ou the Disarmament Conference.
