Early, yesterday morning the' accused was found wandering around.the streets. He said he had no money and nowhere to go, and for his own sake he was locked up. . O'Sullivan told the Magistrate that he arrived here with a cheque for £12 odd, but had none of it left. He had a gob to go to in Masterton. . " Mr. Woodward convicted the accused and ordered him to come up for sentenqe if called upon within six months. "You understand you must get out of the town right away, or you'll be'brought up and get three months' imprisonment," he told, the accused.
