The speakers had to address four members of a partnership upon the advantages and disadvantages or'converting their business into a private limited company. The winner, Mr. It. A. Davison, wrote his essay upon "Purchasing and it? Relation to Stock Control,"* while the runner-up, Mr. JV Ca'dzow, 'chose "The Vajue o£ Accountancy to New • Zealand to-day."
