NO SETTLEMENT

WESTPOKT, Bth July. There is still.no sign of settlement of tho waterfront dispute. Bakes of trucks with coal from the Cascade and Charming Creek mines line the wharf frontage, but tho watersiders decline to transfer, the coal to the Koniata, and no other coals are being brought forward until these aro handled.
Tho Westport Coal. Company's Canopus is also held up ponding a settlement of tho trouble.
