Alarmed at the numbor of police killed in conflicts with political extremists Herr Severing, tho Prussian Minister of the Interior, has ordored the Berlin police officers to shoot to kill or wound. Formerly they were only permitted to fire blanks. Ho promises full protection to all officers in the performance of their duty.
