TO REVIEW REPARATIONS
QUESTION OF WAR DEBTS NEW YORK, (sth June. Germany's efforts to suspend the payment of reparations is considered to foreshadow a move to reopen tho eutiro question of inter-Allied debts, with which will probably bo linked disarmament questions, states the Washington correspondent of the "New York Times."
The correspondent draws attention to tho fact that both Mr. H. L. Stimson, Secretary of State, and Mr. A. W. Mellon, Secretary of the Treasury, plan to spend their summer holidays in Europe. Thia promises important conversations with England and France.
