INJURED AT FOOTBALL
Four footballers were taken to Hospital on Saturday afternoon by the City Ambulance as the result of injuries received when playing. Two of the accidents occurred at the Lyall Bay Recreation Ground, one at Karori, and another at Prince of Wales Park. An incised wound to the forehead and concussion were received by Harold Hatehard, a labourer, living at 16, Normanby terrace, at Lyall Bay, late in the afternoon. AY. Tolly, a motor-driver, of ]4, Hugh street, injured his right knee during an earlier game on the same ground. G. Ken-, a brass moulder, of C 6, Maida Vale road, who was playing at Karori, suffered injuries to the head and concussion. At Prince of Wales Park, V. M'Donald, a labourer, working for the Public Works Department at Glenside, received injuries to the right shoulder and concussion.
