'(Received. 23rd April, 1.30 p.mj OTTAWA, 22nd April. The- House of Commons has passed the motion, on the Address-in-Eeply to the Speech from the Throne by a mv jority of 31. The vote was 111 to 77. A previous amendment by tho United Farmers of Alberta was defeated, by 30 votes, And a Liberal amendment wai defeated by 43.
