LYONS CALLS ON SCULLIN

Mr. J. A. Lyons has issued a statement in which he appeals to Mr. Seullin not to cling to office, but "manfully to face the electors now." If Mr. Seullin sincerely, desires 'to have an authoritative decision from the people on the question of the issue of fiduciary currency, there is nothing to prevent him taking the necessary steps to appeal to the people immediately. ■
