FORMING LABOUR GROUP

SYDNEY, This Day. There were uproarious scenes at Sydney University Union when a meeting was hold for tho purpose of inaugurating a Labour group among tho undergraduates. Speeches were, interrupted by catcalls, hooting, and stamping of foot, and scores of undergraduates were forced to leave tho hall because of tear gas which was scattered by some of those present. Tho Chief Secretary, Mr. Gosling, was frequently interrupted for periods of soveral minutes. Tho mooting was definitely antiLabour, tho niontion of' Mr. Lang's name bringing'forth prolonged hooting and boo-hooing.
