During the week-end several competi-1 tions were played. The 18-hole stroke competition was keenly contested, the following tying for place of honour:—Dillon, .24-71; Palliser, 24-71; A.- S. T.-Butler, 10-71; Radford, 14-71. - •" •-. ,'.;_..: A 36-hole medal competition for Mr. H. G. Robertson's trophy resulted in a win for J. Ogilvie, with a fine net score of 129 oft a 10 handicap. Other good scores were: Mehaffey 10-135; Murray, 8-138. The qualifying round for: the. Easter championship resulted in Murray, Mehaffey, Burns, Brockett, Herd, A. S..T. Butler, Page, and Harrower qualifying;in the order mentioned above. . , '
