Play for the captain's trophy, which was announced to be played for by the Titaki Golf Club during the week-end, was postponed. The medal- competition was played, for which the. entry was large. The result was some low scoring, the winner being R. Lulham, with a net score of 54, the runuers-up being Dr. W. Shirer and T. H. R. Boon, with 69 each.' Next in order were E. Picqt 7.0, E. H. Watts 71, Chas. Langbein and A. L'ulham 72, A. Moore 74, P. J. Murphy, W. Marehant, and Chas. Kunkel 78, J. W. Gibson and R. Dentice 76, J. Tunnington, H. Boon, jun., E. Hardcastle 79.
