(From "The Post's" Representative.) LONDON, 12th March. Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Lambie (formerly of Highland Park, Wellington) and their family are recent arrivals from Canada, Until last November Mr. Lambie was assistant to H.M. Trade Commissioner in Wellington. He was then transferred to Winnipeg, and after, a short term of duty 'there, ho camo on- to London on duty and leave. Mr. Lambie spent a few days in Tor-onto-..en route for England, and while there had an opportunity of seeing something of tho work which is being done there by the recently-appointed Trade Commissioner for Canada and the United States, Mr. J. W. Collins. Mr. Collins appeared, stated Mr. Lambie, to have established extensive and valuable official and commercial relations locally, and his efforts should do much to further the interests of New Zealand's export trade in North America. This week Mr. and Mrs. Lambie left for Nice, expecting to return to London about the middle of April, and to leave a few weeks later for New.York on their way back to, Winiiipeg. , '~ Miss Edith Hind (Wellington), on arrival in London, stayed for a week at Crosby r Hall, Chelsea,: the homo of the Federation of University Women. She is now at Folkestone, with -her cousin, Mrs. Salt, whose husband,' Major A. E. W. Salt, of the Army Educational Staff,'was sent out to India last January for thrco years. With two American ; graduates ■ living at Crosby Hall, Miss Hind will possibly leave shortly for an Italian tour. In June she will go to Franco, and in July she. will probably join the Canadian party of the Overseas Education League on tour from Canada. Miss Hind is receiving many invitations from English friends. She expects to leave for New Zealand about, the middle of August. Her trip is purely in the nature of a holiday.l Now Zealand friends of Dr. L. K. Crow, eldest eon of Mr. and" Mrs. L. Crow, Wellington, will be interested to hear of his marriage to Miss Olive M. Lewis, third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Lewis, of Croydon. The cerer mony was performed by the Ecv. C. A. Martin, M.A., Vicar of Christ Church, Croydon, on 17th December.
