Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Lowiy, who wove in Wellington for the Hawkes Bay races, have returned home. Mrs. L. P. Blundell left last evening for a visit to Christchurch. Mrs. George Edwards (nee Miss Alison Stott) arrived in Wellington by the Makura yesterday, with Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Stott, who met her in Sydney. Miss B. Cowper, who has been visiting Mrs. E. E. Tripe, has returned to Dannevirke. Mrs. B. C. Addison and. Miss Addison have returned to^ Wellington after a brief visit to Christchurch. Miss Alison Pearce, Hobson street, has left for a visit to Palmerston North. Miss Gillingham, Gisbornc, is the guest of Mrs. Paul Gillingham, Lower Hutt. Mr. and Mrs. H. G. Rutter have taken- Mrs. Fred Cooper's house at Lower Hutt. Mrs. Fred Cooper and Miss Cooper, Lower Hutt, have left for a visit to England. •'Mrs.:lan M'.Bae, Masterton. returned this morning from a visit to Miss Olive M'llwraith, Christchurch. Miss Kelsey, Dunedin, who has been visiting'1 Wellington, has- left for the South.' ■ Mrs. J. A. M'Grath, Wellington, is visiting Mrs. L. B. . Loftus, Auckland. Miss Heather Mackenzie, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. J. Brooke, Suinner. The Rev. J. C. and Mrs." M'Caw, Christehurch, are visiting the Lower Hutt. Mrs. Kelscy, Kelbum, has returned from a visit to Mr. and Mrs. J. Kelsey, Hastings. Mrs. M. 11. Godby leaves this evening for Christchurch after a visit to Wellington. Mrs. Studholme is a Christchurch visitor to Wellington. Mrs. G. Lister, Wellington, is visiting Auckland. ' y Miss P. Massey, Wairarapu, is the guest of Mrs. H. E. Reeves, Waitoa.
