PAPERS PRESENTED.

When the House met this afternoon the Prime Minister laid on the table two separate papers dealing with the cost of the production and distribution of bread and tho flourmilling industry respectively. He said that his object was to give members an opportunity of gaining full information on the subject so as to enable them to discuss the matter in the House before he made a public statement as to the intentions of the Government.
