DEBATE IN HOUSE
The subject of wheat and flour duties will be thrown open for discussion in the House of Eepresentatives probably to-morrow, on a return which the Prime Minister is to present. Mr. Forbes stated this afternoon that he would defer making his promised statement announcing the decision of the Government on the question of wheat and flour prices until he had afforded an opportunity for members of the House to ventilate their views.
