IT. Wilkinson was appointed convener..lt is quite obvious.that the "association is fully convinced that there is a great need, and it is in full sympathy with those out of work. The condition of things for a great many at present is anything but cheerful. I am sure if the Churches take this matter up iv the spirit of the Master they serve it will go a long way to clear up some of (lie misunderstandings that exist in the minds of ;i grout number of people to-day.
