ESPERANTO
The weekly meeting of the Wellington Ksperanto Club took place on Tuesday i?i the V.M.C.A., Mr. L, E. Dust presiding. Tuition classes iverc organised under the guidance of experienced members, and good progress nifido. Mr. Dust gave v. talk in Esperanto on "Karbo La Kerno de Nia Industrio." The concluding item was a short lecture in .Esperanto by the, secretary, Mr. Bertram Potts, the subject being "La 'I'olusn■ Kkspedicio do Anclt'ec,'' a description of tho events that befel Andree's ill-fated balloon expedition to reach the North Pole.
