(Bcceived Ist April, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, Thia Day. I Under tho influence of a great tropical or nionsoonal depression rain has fallen over every area of tho Commonwealth. The pastoral areas of South Australia have received tho beat rain for ten years. The East-West and North-West railway lines are under water, and services are stopped. At Hawk or homes were flooded, while in the Port Augusta district tho roads havo become impassable.
