PROBABLY SUBOCEANIC

Cleary, in charge of tho j Biverview Observatory^ stated that tho earthquake recorded on Saturday night occurred 2400 miles north-west of Sydney, probably somewhere" in the Banda Sea. Tho absence of reports of damago made it likely that the disturbance was tuboceanic. j
