WEATHER OUTLOOK
The Meteorological Office this morning- reported that conditions'at Norfolk Island should bo suitable for a resumption of Chichestcr's flight, but that it would probably be a' case of making a start to-day or having to wait for some time, as the outlook was not promising after to-day.
