No leniency can bo extended to a youth who commits such a crime," said the Magistrate, Mr. Mosley, in dealing with tho elder o ftwo youths, aged 16 and 15, who admitted breaking into a factory in the city. They were equipped with masks, gloves, a jemmy, and a loaded revolver, but were caught by the manager. The police said they Relieved that the boys intended to uso the revolver if necessary.
The elder was committed to the Borstal for three years and the younger was placed under supervision of tho child welfare officer.
