CANDIDATES' ADDRESSES,

Mr. T. C. A. I-lislop, candidate for tho Mayoralty, Dr. It. Campbell Begg, candidate for the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, and Mr. W. Duncan, candidate for the City Council, will address members of the Wellington Batepayers' Association at a. meeting to be held on Monday night, on matters of civic interest in connection with the forthcoming municipal elections.

Mr. William Hannafin, of _ Lloyd street, has announced his candidature for the City Council as au Independent. Mr. Hannafin was for somo years lessee of the Brunswick Hotel, and has been a Wellington resident for thirty years. Councillor B. G. H. Burn, in response to the request/ of the Karori Progressive Association, is again considering candidature.
