TWO EARLY MORNING FIRES

Two fires resulted in the Fire Brigade being" called out in tfio early hours of this morning. The first was to an unoccupied seven-roomed house owned by Mrs. Hildra Elizabeth Holt on The Terrace. The living-rooms were damaged by fire and water. No insurances are available. About three hours later, shortly after 4 o'clock, tho brigade was called to Gamble and Creed's premises-on Lambton quay, where a boiler-room ou the top of the five-story building was on firr. The blaze was extinguished .without much trouble, and little damago was done.
