Won by one and a half lengths, ten lengths between second and third. The Grand National raco opened with n false start in which Gregalach, among others, went a hundred yards. Swift .Roland fell at Bccher's Brook and is being destroyed. Toaster Hero led at tho end of the first, round, whereupon Gregalach, Great Span, and Graklo .joined him. Kaster Hev,o foil the second time at JBechor's Brook. Grakle led a quarter of a milo from . home, cleared the last fence a yard ahead of Gregalach, and beat off a strong challenge in a terrific race over tho flat to the post.
