DRY SPELL BROKEN
RAIN IN WAIROA AREA
. (By Telegraph-—Press Association.) AVAIROA, This Day. Light steady rain commenced yesterday morning, and still continues. It is doing an immense amount of good to tho parched countryside and breaking np the disastrous drought. Many houses that have not yet been repaired have developed leaks, but only j slight damage is being done.
