The Chamber of Deputies has adopted a report recommending the trial before the High Court of Eaoul Peret, ex-Pre-mier, Bene Besuard, ex-Ambassador, Casto Vidal, and Albert Favre, ex-Under-Secretaries, on charges of using political influence on behalf of the financier Oustrie in the direction of obtaining for the Oustic group the listing of certain Italian shares on the Paris Bourse. The High Court has been assembled only three times since it was established by the Third Bepublic.
