BROKEN BYLAWS
Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., dealt with bylaw offences in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Dennis Collins and Fadalla Khouri were each fined 10s and ordered to pay the costs 10s, for allowing stock to wander. On a charge of obstructing the free flow of water in a. watercourse through his land John H. Phillips was ordejed to pay the costs 10k. Speeding, on the Parade-. Island Bay, coat Sidney ■'. Langford, £2 10s.
