TRAGEDY AT JOHORE
ROYAL COUPLE FOUND DEAD
SINGAPORE, 25 th March. A shooting tragedy at Johore involved the death of a member of the Johoro Royal Family and his wife. Ungku Mohamed Bin Ahmad, aged 23, and his wife, aged 22, were found shot in a houso where they lived with the man's mother, who is the second sister of the Sultan of Johoro. A discharged service rifle and a revolver were found. It is thought that the man shot his wife and then himself. It is believed that jealousy was the cause. _^____________
