The New Soulh Wales Labour Party executive decided that it would iiot be represented at Friday's special Federal Conference in Sydney, convened to heal the breach over the East Sydney quarrel. The Stale president, Mr. Graves, intimated that the conference was regarded solely as an attempt to restore Mr. Theodore in the Labour movement.
