THE TEDDY SIGHTED

The Secretary, General Post Office, reports that the following message was received by the Auckland Eadio Station at 4.20 a.m. to-day, from the steamer Golden West:—

"Spoke yacht Teddy 3.30 a.m., New Zealand time, latitude 33 degrees 8 minutes South, longitude 158 degrees 50 minutes East. ' Eeported all well. — (Signed) Phillips, Master." The Teddy is one of the yachts engaged in the race across the Tasman Sea. The Oimara was spoken by the Marama about 360 nautical miles east of Sydney last Saturday evening. The Teddy's position as given is about 400 nautical miles from Sydney, due east of Newcastle. ■
