SUGAR TARIFF INCREASED
(Received 24th *March, 1 p.m.) . PABIS, 23rd March. ■ The Chamber of Deputies has increased the sugar tariff from- 22s 6d to 29s 3d per quintel and included sugar amongst the commodities upon which the Ministry can increase the tariff without reference to Parliament.
