RUGBY, 23rd March,

The Foreign Secretary, Mr. A. Henderson, left London to-day for Paris to attend the meeting of the committee appointed by" the Council of the League of Nations in January last to organise the work of the (Commission of Inquiry, into European Economic Union. The committee begins_its sittings in Paris to-morrow morning.
