AUCKLAND APPEAL CASE
After having occupied three full days legal argument was concluded __ in the Court""of~"Xppeal yesterday afternoon in the involved Auckland appeal case between New Zealand Redwood Forests, Ltd. (appellants) and the New Zealand Insurance Co., Ltd. (respondents), which concerned a deed of covenant for securing debentures entered into by the parties. The Court reserved its decision.
