Two ours wero reported to have been stolen from Lower Hutt on Sunday, and tlio \wViao worked until midnight on the case. Yesterday, lic.l'uro Mr. S. Olcmkloii, J'.t\, Oliiirluh Arthur TJovcll, aged IS, and JUmald Arthur Garner, aged IS, were charged with having converted to Hiuir own use ;i motor-ear, the property of Itnupu Dix. Sergeant M'HoJni slated that there wcro other charges pending, and the youths were remanded to appear at Lower Hutt on Ist April.
