KARORI FOOTBALL CLUB
The ninth annual meeting of. the Karon Rugby Football Club was held last evening, Mr. L. Parsloo presiding over a good attendance. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. During the past year, the report stated, three teams had played. The intermediate team won the grade champion-1, ship for the first time for the club. The., finances were shown to be in a sound position. Improvements had been made' to the training ground, and at the close o£ the season there -were 50 active members. Twenty new members were elected. Training is to commence ihimediatej.vry. The meeting passed votes ts-ihanks to taa'. retiring committee and to the Social Corny mittee, which had arranged a dance at the close of last season.
