After-shock's in the ' Hawkes Bay oarthquake area have died down very much recently, and the seismometers at the Dominion Observatory, have recorded but little during the last wecli or two. On Sunday morning just after midnight,.^ few. people in Wellington: felt a slight earthquake./ This was a shock which had its centre about 80 miles from': Wbllingtou, in the vicinity of Wanganui', where tho shock was Wt.moii severely.
