A cricket malcJi tor me queuing memorial Cup was played at Kelburu Park on Saturday by teams representing the Wellington and Christchurch shipping companies respectively. The match was drawn, and Christchurch retain the cup. The scores were:—Christchurch, 215 (Wardell 58, Cockran 33, D. M'Cormick 15, Leslie 14). Bowling for Wellington, Robertson took two wickets for 16 runs /Thomson four for 65, Lapworth two for 46, and Jones one for 10. Wellington, 190 for five wickets (Thomson 91 not out, Whinham 44, Jones 22, Robertson 10). Bowling for Christchurch, D. M'Cormick took four wickets for 39 and Dalrymple one for 33.
