BIRTH CONTROL
CHURCH AND MARRIAGE
(Received 21st March, 1 p.m.) NEW YOEK, 20th March. The Federal Council of the Churches of Christ in America approved of birth, control under certain conditions. The report submitted by the council's committee on marriage and the home was not unanimous, a minority report advocating '"abstinence as the ideal."
