(British Official Wireless.) (Eeceived 21st March, 1 p.m.) RUGBY, 20th March. Buildings forming part of the Girl Guides new Imperial headquarters JM London were formerly opened by th# Queen to-day. Her Majesty was receiv ed by Princess Mary, Countess Harewood, and the president of the Gir| Guides' Association. After the ceremony the Queen made a tour of th« buildings.
