Sievii Tight, who appeared for the accused, said that there were certain matters concert ing his client's business to be attended to, and for that reason he would ask for the suppression of the accuseds name. . , Mr. M'Ne il: "The offence is an exceedingly'seriom . one, involving a large amount of money, and I don't think it is a case where I can suppress the name."
