Mrs. Annie M'Vicar will bo n candidate for the Wellington City Council. Mrs. M'Viear is a, member ot the Hospital Bonrd, ami is well known, us an aclivn worker in oilier philanthropic inslitutions. She was a member of.' Hie Miniumr Borough Council, and went over to the. City Council on the amalgamation with the city. She was elected to the council in April, 1021, and retained her seat Tor several years.
